There currently is an issue with the Dockerfile building. The issue is that the jack2 package PGP key has expired. This can be worked around by not importing PGP keys, but we can wait a day or…

Feat/task runner ci

@zach I believe rebasing is better than merging from main since it preserves history more linearly. Gitea gives you the option to do so as well. It is what I personally prefer doing.
