The lockscreen background image is currently set to stretch instead of contering the image like it does for the background.
This was an implementary feature that was being tested but dropped later on.
The lockscreen background should be set back to center.

Issue has been resolved with the new update.
16:9 and other wallpapers stay centered like how the background works.
They stopped stretching as how they previously did.
