Notifications show messages in the lock screen. An option to either hide notifications altogether, or hide the contents of the notification is a good feature to have. Decide what setting should be the default (hidden or not hidden by default).
Unsure if this affects Greetd at all since no notifs are there when booting?

Looks good. Perhaps an option to hide notifications entirely? Or if possible, hide the sender or image of the group/person where the notification comes from. Even these can contain unwanted information.
