Option to actually disable feature/service from running

I am a bit lost of how to troubleshoot this issue I am having, it could just be unrelated to z-bar-qt for all I know. Still rate limited after 1.5 days (commonly a day ban when rate limited).

Running the zshell fails to load config - Artix
