Linters and formatter for JS added.

QML is removed as it is not stable as of now. It worked in some sense on alpine with imported newest packages and debian:sid (on top of arch to verify). Issue is that linting would need to be looked at more thoroughly (potentially have rules set to ignore some non-issues).
